Cancellation Policy
*ATTENTION CANCELLATION POLICY*
-There may be up to a 50% charge for any cancellations less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
-There may be up to a 100% charge for a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
-100% charge for a “no-call, no-show”.

Adjustment Policy:
If you are unhappy with your color or cut there is a 7 day window where we can adjust it free of charge. This does not include if you have changed your mind.
